Sqrint is operated by Sqrint Developers. This page sets out the limits of what we are responsible for. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions, which say the same things in more detail.
We are the platform, not the printer
Every shop on Sqrint is an independent business. It sets its own prices, chooses which jobs to accept, and does the printing on its own equipment. We do not print, inspect, or take responsibility for the quality, accuracy, colour, finish or timing of any job. A problem with a print is a matter between the customer and the shop that printed it.
We do not take your money
Payment for a print order goes directly to the shop — into its own UPI account, or through its own payment gateway account. We never hold those funds. It follows that we cannot refund them: a refund has to come from the shop that received the payment.
The one payment we do receive is a shop's subscription to use the software.
We do not review what is uploaded
Files pass through the platform to the shop that will print them. We do not read, check or approve them, and their contents are the responsibility of whoever uploaded them. Anyone uploading a file is confirming they have the right to print it.
Listings and shop information
Shop names, prices, turnaround times and contact details are entered by the shops themselves. We do not verify them and they can be out of date. Check with the shop if something matters to your order.
Availability
We work to keep the service up, but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. An order can also be delayed by things we do not control: a shop's computer being switched off, a printer running out of paper, a bank or payment provider being slow, or a network outage.
Files and deletion
We delete uploaded files once an order has been printed, and in any case after a short holding period. That is how the system is built and what the order status page reports. It is a commitment we intend to keep rather than a guarantee that no failure is possible.
Third-party services
Parts of the service rely on others — UPI apps, payment gateways, messaging providers and hosting. We are not responsible for their availability, their terms, or what they do with information you give them directly.
No professional advice
Anything on this site, including answers from the in-app help assistant, is general information about using Sqrint. It is not legal, financial or tax advice. The help assistant is automated and can be wrong; do not rely on it for anything that matters without checking.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the service, including lost profits, lost business or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, the limits in our Terms & Conditions apply. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
